Fat Joe Says He Lost Over $10 Million After Being Hit w/ Sex Trafficking Claims From Ex-Hypeman
Fat Joe is claiming that allegations made by his former hypeman in a bombshell lawsuit derailed major deals and cost him millions.
The rapper filed an amended complaint to his lawsuit against Terrance Dixon (the ex-hypeman) and Tyrone Blackburn (Dixon’s attorney), accusing them of fabricating claims, including sex trafficking and statutory rape, as part of what he describes as an extortion attempt. According to court documents, Joe says the fallout from the lawsuit has already cost him over $10 million.
He claims endorsement deals, appearances, and podcast sponsorships quickly fell through. One major TV network reportedly canceled a $30,000 appearance deal. His Joe & Jada Podcast allegedly lost three sponsors, wiping out more than 30 percent of the show’s ad revenue.

Joe also says negotiations with national retailers for his grooming brand, Rewind It, were cut short, including a $7 million opportunity.
He alleges Dixon and Blackburn used the accusations in hopes of pressuring him into a multimillion-dollar settlement and even threatened to involve Homeland Security if he didn’t comply. The filing also highlights Blackburn’s history of alleged “unethical” tactics, including a recent arrest after allegedly hitting a process server with his car.
Fat Joe is now seeking at least $15 million in damages.
