Kelly Osbourne Breaks Silence On Father Ozzy Osbourne’s Passing: ‘I Lost The Best Friend I Ever Had’
Kelly Osbourne is mourning the loss of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, with a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
On July 24, two days after Ozzy’s passing at age 76, Kelly shared lyrics from the Black Sabbath song “Changes,” which she and Ozzy recorded as a duet in 2003: “I feel unhappy I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had ?.”
Ozzy’s death was announced by his family in a joint statement, which read, “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.”

Though known as the “Prince of Darkness,” Ozzy was equally cherished as a devoted father and grandfather.
Prayers to Kelly and her family during this time.
