Diddy Files New Motion For Bail After Pro$titution Conviction

Diddy is asking the court to let him out of prison as he awaits sentencing.

In a new motion filed by attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, the mogul argues he should be released before his October 3 sentencing, claiming most people convicted of similar charges are allowed to remain free at this stage.

Diddy was acquitted of s*x trafficking and racketeering but found guilty on two pro$titution charges.

His team is offering a $50 million bond backed by his Florida estate, co-signers, limited travel, passport surrender, and even home detention or mental health treatment if needed.

So far, the judge hasn’t ruled. Prosecutors are pushing for him to remain in custody.
