DeVon Franklin Ties The Knot w/ Fitness Influencer Maria Castillo In Beverly Hills

DeVon Franklin and celebrity trainer Maria Castillo tied the knot on August 2 in a “deeply spiritual” ceremony at Casa Lago Beverly Hills.

“We wanted to create an event that evokes the beginning of our love story,” Franklin told People. Castillo added, “Every detail is intentional—from the music, to the décor, to the vows, to the spiritual moments.”

The lakeside ceremony, led by Pastor Touré Roberts, featured violinist Jeremy Green and a candlelit photo walkway. Castillo wore a Galia Lahav gown with “a touch of drama, and a Spanish flair.” Franklin wore a dark Giorgio Armani suit and Christian Louboutin shoes.

Kelly Rowland, LeToya Luckett, Adrienne Bailon-Houghton, and more were in attendance. MAJOR. surprised guests with a performance of “Why I Love You.”

Guests enjoyed Dominican and soul food, including mofonguitos, jambalaya, and banana pudding shots. The night ended with a Dominican “hora loca” filled with dancers, stilt walkers, and flashing lights.

“We want the wedding to be a testimony of God’s goodness,” Castillo said.
