Zendaya Breaks Silence on Tom Holland Marriage Rumors — But Doesn’t Confirm or Deny

Zendaya is addressing the internet chatter about her love life — but she’s not exactly giving a straight answer.

The actress appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on March 16, where she reacted to rumors that she had secretly married fiancé Tom Holland after speculation spread online.

“I’m sure you know the internet has gone berserk with stories that you might actually be married to Tom,” host Jimmy Kimmel said. Zendaya played it off, responding, “Really? I haven’t seen any of that!”

The 29-year-old then revealed that viral wedding photos circulating online weren’t real at all. “I was out and about in real life and people are like, ‘Oh my god, your wedding photos are really gorgeous.’ And I was like, ‘Babe they’re AI. They’re not real.’”

Still, the rumors clearly had some reach. When asked if anyone in her life believed the images — and was upset they weren’t invited — Zendaya admitted, “Yes, many people,” adding that “many people have been fooled by them.”

To “clear the confusion,” Zendaya shared a spoof wedding clip during the interview — noting it was her “first time sharing it.” The footage comes from her upcoming film The Drama, where she stars alongside Robert Pattinson.

In the scene, Zendaya appears as a bride while Pattinson plays the groom — with a cropped image of Tom Holland’s head humorously pasted onto Pattinson’s body. Kimmel joked, “It would seem as if somebody just crudely pasted Tom’s head over Robert’s head,” to which Zendaya replied, “No … that was real footage,” before later insisting, “No, that was real. I was there.”

The speculation comes after Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach previously claimed earlier this month that she had secretly married Holland, and after she was seen wearing an engagement ring and what appeared to be a gold wedding band at the 2026 Academy Awards.

Despite addressing the rumors head-on, Zendaya never explicitly confirmed or denied whether she and Holland have actually tied the knot.
