Former NFL Star Dez Bryant Issues Apology To Fans Following Internet Dispute w/ Nicki Minaj: ‘I Let The Devil Win That Time’
Dez Bryant wants to be a better example to his fans.
The retired Dallas Cowboys wide receiver had one final thing to get off his chest following his heated X exchange with Nicki Minaj. In a message to his fan base, Dez made it clear that he’s against “rashing out on the internet.” He continued:
“I don’t bother people..I never do. I was just posting about my son. I let the devil win that time…I apologize to the kids who follow me because I care about setting the right example more than you know.”
And added:
“By the way..whenever people bring up my past..I want everybody to stop and think for 5 minutes..you can make it through anything if you put your mind to it..no matter how big the battle is..no excuses.”

As reported, the drama between the celebs kicked off after Dez, who Roc Nation Sports once represented, aired out his frustrations with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Nicki then entered the chat, offering to spill tea on Roc Nation’s CEO, Desiree Perez, for everything Dez shared on Jones.
Dez shut down Nicki’s offer with “I’m a fan. I’m not playing games with her or getting in her business,” and the situation only escalated from there. However, Dez seems ready to leave the drama alone.
