Tiffany Haddish Jokes She’s Running For President: ‘I’ve Got The Qualifications’
Tiffany Haddish for president?
While guest hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live, the comedian jokingly announced that she was running for president.
“I’ve got all the qualifications to be president,” she said. “I’m rich, I’ve been arrested a few times, and I always say crazy sh*t.”
Haddish laid out her vision for the country, saying:
“When I’m President, all profiles on dating sites must include your credit score. If you can’t handle your business, you ain’t touching my business.”
She added,
“Under a Haddish Presidency, every Subway Sandwich shop will now carry Pastrami sandwiches, damn it! Just the way the Founding Fathers wanted it to be!”
Other promises included “an executive order allowing people to pay their taxes with old gift cards” and making it “a crime to show up on time to a dinner party.”
