On Wednesday (Sept. 3), a cover for a collab of the rappers hit the internet and had the people shook. It was initially speculated that the artists would drop the track, #Gyatt, on Friday. However, the rappers shocked fans by confirming the record, releasing it early, and teasing that a music video is on the way.

Reactions to the single are mixed. Some praised the collab, while others weren’t impressed, with one X user writing, “Latto and Ice Spice just dropped a song and they could’ve kept it.” A few even suspect that, despite seemingly squashing their feud, the two may still be trading subliminal shots in the lyrics.
