Jamie Foxx’s Alleged Mr. Chow Att*cker Escapes Charges After Glass-Throwing Incident
Leaves Actor Injured
Jamie Foxx will not see criminal charges filed over his December injury at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, led by Nathan Hochman, declined to prosecute the alleged glass-thrower, citing insufficient evidence, according to NBC4 LA. Foxx previously claimed he was struck in the face by a glass during his birthday dinner, suffering a cut that required stitches.
The altercation reportedly began after someone projected a penis image onto Foxx’s table using a laser pointer. Members of the “Jackass” production team were allegedly behind the prank, prompting Foxx to confront them before a glass was thrown.
After the incident, Foxx addressed his fans online, thanking them for their thoughts and prayers.
Should the att*cker have faced harsher punishment?
