Stefon Diggs Sues Influencer Over Claims He “Dr#gged & S*xu*lly A$$aulted” Him – & Conspired To Have Him K!lled

NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs has filed a defamation lawsuit against social media personality Christopher Blake Griffith, accusing him of making false and damaging allegations that Diggs calls “pure fiction!!”

According TMZ, the 31-year-old New England Patriots star submitted the lawsuit on October 1. In the filing, Diggs describes Griffith as a “would-be social media influencer” & claims he invented a “lurid story” about the player tied to an alleged incident at Diggs’ home in Rockville, Maryland, in May 2023.

Diggs states that after a charity game in D.C., he, Griffith, & other influencers went to a local club before heading back to Diggs’ residence. The receiver says he went to his bedroom, and his assistant then asked Griffith to leave, ending what Diggs characterizes as an otherwise uneventful night.

More than two years later, in the summer of 2025, Diggs alleges Griffith posted a series of statements about that night & about a separate alleged violent incident days later, which Griffith claimed Diggs arranged. In those posts, according to the lawsuit, Griffith said Stefon “drugged & s#xually assaulted” him and later conspired to have him k$lled to “suppress his gay/bisexual secrets from becoming exposed.”
The filing says these accusations were shared with Griffith’s followers & he tagged the NFL, the New England Patriots, and Uggs, a company with which Diggs has a sponsorship. Diggs claims Griffith knowingly spread what he describes as “nonsense allegations” for online attention, and that the statements have seriously harmed his reputation.

Diggs is pursuing a libel claim, seeking damages and attorneys’ fees. The lawsuit does not specify a dollar amount but asserts that Griffith’s conduct caused significant personal and professional harm. Griffith, through his attorney Jake Lebowitz, disputes Diggs’ account. Lebowitz told TMZ that “Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers,” and added that Griffith believes he is “the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks.”
