Megan Thee Stallion Wins Defamation Civil Suit Against Blogger Milagro Gramz
Megan Thee Stallion has another court win under her belt.
A Florida jury ruled in #MeganTheeStallion’s favor on Monday (Dec. 1), determining that blogger Milagro Gramz defamed and harassed her in the aftermath of the 2020 sh**ting carried out by #ToryLanez.
The federal jury concluded that Gramz, whose legal name is Milagro Cooper, was liable in Megan’s suit and awarded the rapper, born Megan Pete, $75,000 in damages. In the case, Megan argued that Cooper acted as a “mouthpiece,” “puppet,” and “paid surrogate” for Lanez and his dad while spreading harmful narratives about her.
Jurors also decided that Gramz intentionally pushed her audience on X and Instagram to engage with a s3xually explicit deepfake of Megan that had been circulating online, further contributing to the harassment she faced.
