“RHOP” Star Wendy Osefo & Husband Eddie Reportedly Rejoin As Co-Defendants In Fraud Case
“RHOP” Star Wendy Osefo & Husband Eddie Reportedly Rejoin As Co-Defendants In Fraud Case
It seems #WendyOsefo has had a sudden change of mind about the legal strategy for the fraud allegations she’s facing alongside her hubby, #EddieOsefo.
The #RHOP star and Eddie were arrested in October on several charges, including felony insurance fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud. The charges are related to an April 2024 burglary, where the couple is accused of filing fraudulent claims for items that were allegedly not stolen. After pleading not guilty, Wendy filed paperwork last month to be tried separately from Eddie.
Now, according to the What Else Is Going On podcast host, the Osefos were granted a request to once again move forward as co-defendants. Sharing images of what appears to be the back of Wendy and Eddie’s heads in a courtroom, the media personality claimed on X, “Well they filed to now have their cases tried together AGAIN… judge granted it. They will no longer be tried separate [sic] AND are back to being CO-defendants.”
They’re reportedly due back in court on December 19.
