The brand has introduced reusable lambskin patches modeled after familiar bandage forms, crafted entirely from Petit h surplus materials. Each $200 set includes three patches, with Hermès keeping the color and leather type a surprise to highlight variation. Though decorative rather than medical, the pieces nod to the visual language of repair while functioning as customizable accents.
