#NickReiner, the 32-year-old son of famed filmmaker #RobReiner and his wife Michele Singer Reiner, has been taken off su!c!de watch at the Los Angeles jail where he’s being held on m*rder charges.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Nick no longer has to wear a su!c!de-prevention smock at Twin Towers Correctional Facility, a step that’s routine when an inmate hasn’t attempted self-harm for about two weeks. However, he remains in High Observation Housing under close supervision ahead of his scheduled arraignment.

Nick is charged with two counts of m*rder for allegedly fatally stabbing his father, Rob, and his mother, Michele, inside their Brentwood home on Dec. 14, and prosecutors have included a “special circumstance allegation” because of the nature of the case. The District Attorney’s office says the charges could lead to the de@th penalty or life in prison.
