“RHOA” Alum Kenya Moore Ordered To Pay Nearly 90K In Unpaid Rent & Utilities For
Atlanta Hair Spa

#KenyaMoore appears to have fallen drastically behind on bills connected to her Atlanta-based hair spa.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has been ordered by a Georgia judge to fork over nearly $90,000 in unpaid rent and utilities for her Kenya Moore Hair Spa. Court records obtained by TMZ show her company, Moore Vision Media, was told to pay $43,988 by late February and another $43,988.67 by late March, totaling $87,976 owed to the landlord. In addition, the judge ruled Moore Vision must continue paying approximately $5,500 a month in rent until it vacates the premises or otherwise resolves the lease dispute.

The ongoing legal battle stems from a lawsuit filed by the property owner, Northland Chamblee LLC, which claimed Moore’s business stopped paying rent in December 2024 and also failed to cover utility costs under the lease. A few weeks after the judge’s latest ruling, the landlord said Moore’s company missed its first payment deadline and moved to demand possession of the property. However, the court has not yet ruled on that eviction request.

Moore’s spa debut was documented during Season 16 of #RHOA. As previously reported, Moore was removed from the show after allegedly displaying graphic images of Brit Eady during the grand opening event. She did not return for the upcoming season.
