Uncle Luke Warns Nick Cannon & Chilli They’re On The Wrong Side’ w/ Support Of The MAGA Movement, Says Trump Has Tried To Erase Black History
Uncle Luke kicked off his Monday with a message for #NickCannon and Chilli.
ICYMI: Nick and TLC’s Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas have been catching heat over their apparent support of Donald Trump. It was recently revealed that Chilli made multiple donations to Trump’s 2024 campaign, and her Instagram account also reshared a conspiracy video claiming Michelle Obama was born male. #Chilli later addressed the backlash online, saying she’s not MAGA and believed she was “supporting causes against human trafficking and for veterans.” She added that she has nothing against Michelle and claimed the repost was accidental. Meanwhile, Nick voiced his support for Trump on his Big Drive online show, stating, “Democrats are the party of the KKK, while Republicans are the ones who freed the slaves.”
Luke, who is currently running for Congress in Florida’s 20th District, made it clear he’s speaking “with love,” but strongly disagrees with where they stand. “Because the same Black people you’re turning your backs on… They buy your tickets. They watch your shows. They support your careers,” he said. #UncleLuke went on to say that Trump has “tried to erase Black history” and “pardoned officers involved in killing unarmed Black men,” adding that his message isn’t rooted in hate, but responsibility. Nick and Chilli have yet to respond.
