Tyga Lands First Leading Role In Musical Drama “Baby, You’re A Star,” Will Also Serve As Producer & Co-Writer

Rapper #Tyga is stepping into a major new lane, landing his first leading film role in the upcoming musical drama Baby, You’re a Star. According to Deadline, he not only stars in the project but also co-wrote and is producing it, marking a significant expansion of his creative footprint beyond music. The film will see him share the screen with Madison Bailey (from #OuterBanks) and Ashton Sanders (from #Moonlight).

The coming-of-age story, set in 1989, centers on a young artist navigating life who is determined to make something of himself.
