[UPDATE] “RHOA” Star Drew Sidora Tells Judge She & Her Oldest Child Will Be Homeless If Forced To Vacate Marital Home Shared w/ Estranged Husband Ralph Pittman

#DrewSidora is asking the court for permission to remain in her current home as her divorce from #RalphPittman drags on.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the #RHOA star claims that nothing good will come if she’s forced to move out of the marital home she shares with her estranged husband. In the filing, Drew says she does not have the “financial resources” to vacate the property by the May 31 deadline, warning that she and her 15-year-old son will be “homeless” if the court does not reconsider its decision.

She also alleges that Ralph earns roughly three times her income and claims that while they initially agreed to joint physical custody, he later shifted course and pushed for primary custody of their two children once court proceedings began. As previously reported, Drew was ordered to vacate the home by the end of next month, a ruling reportedly based on the “current financial circumstances of the parties.” Ralph, who has reportedly been living in the basement of the residence, was granted primary physical custody during the school year after concerns were raised about the children missing too much school while in Drew’s care. She previously held primary custody.

A judge has not yet ruled on her latest motion. However, Drew addressed the situation on X over the weekend, writing, “During this time, Ralph and I are committed to co-parenting and doing what’s best for our children.” She added, “There is no ill intent toward anyone just a continued focus on healing, evolving, and becoming the best version of myself.”
