Stefon Diggs’ S*xual A$$ault Accuser Christopher Blake Griffith Says NFL Star ‘Does Not Get To Sue & Hide’ Financial Records In Defamation Lawsuit
The legal battle between Stefon Diggs and his s*xual a$$ault accuser is escalating, with new court filings revealing a dispute over financial transparency.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Christopher Blake Griffith has filed a motion asking a judge to force Diggs to turn over financial records. Griffith and his legal team argue the NFL star has been uncooperative during the discovery phase, particularly when it comes to proving whether the allegations impacted him financially.
Griffith’s attorney stated Diggs “does not get to sue and hide,” accusing him of avoiding requests tied to damages he claims to have suffered.
The dispute stems from Diggs’ defamation lawsuit filed in November, after Griffith publicly accused him of dr*gging, s*xually a$$aulting, and later conspiring to k*ll him. Diggs has denied the allegations, claiming Griffith fabricated the story for attention and caused significant harm to his reputation.
In the latest filing, Griffith alleges Diggs is attempting to “obstruct any discovery that would test his claims,” adding that the athlete “can’t have it both ways.”
