Cassie Reveals She Now Lives Outside America As Diddy ‘Fr*ak-Off Lawsuit Pulls Her Back Into Court
Cassie is making it clear that her life has shifted far beyond the drama still unfolding in U.S. courts.
According to a court declaration dated May 1, 2026, and obtained by TMZ, Cassie revealed she is now living outside of the country following her multimillion-dollar settlements connected to Diddy’s alleged ab*se
“I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States,” Cassie stated in the filing.
She also clarified, “I am a citizen of the United States. I am not a resident of the State of California.”
The declaration was filed in connection with male escort Clayton Howard’s lawsuit against Cassie and Diddy in California. Howard claims the former couple hired him for alleged “fr*ak-offs” and says he suffered physical and psychological harm.
Cassie argues New York would be a more convenient location for legal proceedings because her attorneys are based there.
In her response, Cassie also claims Howard previously sent her husband, Alex Fine, a supportive message after she accused Diddy of ab*se.
“I know your wife’s truth is 100% valid,” the alleged message read, adding, “I’m dam happy you saved her.”
Cassie previously settled with Diddy for $20 million and reportedly received another roughly $10 million from the InterContinental Los Angeles Century City.
