Comedian & Actor KevOnStage’s Resurfaced Confession Rubs Some Fans The Wrong Way
#KevOnStage has somehow landed in the hot seat. The Christian comedian is trending on Threads as fans and critics debate how his content and humor have evolved over the years. While it’s unclear what initially sparked the discourse, the conversation picked up when someone asked why people were upset with him this time around. In response, another user resurfaced a months-old clip from Kev’s Here’s The Thing podcast with co-host #ThatChickAngel, real name Angel Laketa Moore, where the two had a candid discussion about masturbation.
Some critics also seemed to feel some type of way about the fact that KevOnStage’s real name is actually Kevin Fredericks. Despite all the noise, plenty of fans have come to Kev’s defense. One supporter wrote, “Ya’ll create a KevOnStage hate club once a month. Wrap this up please.” Another added, “Coming down on KevOnStage is crazy. That man is so unproblematic lol.” While the Safe Space star hasn’t directly addressed the online chatter, he did recently share on Threads, “We were never meant to have access to this many people’s thoughts at once.”
