Maduka Okoye’s ex and mother of his child, Jelicia Westhoff, is raising eyebrows with a pointed message about men who fail to show up for their children, just as the soccer star fuels fresh dating rumors with Cardi B.

Westhoff shared a Threads post to her Instagram Story that read, “Dating a man, that doesnt take care of his kids, thats a character problem babe.”

Her post arrives after Cardi and Okoye were spotted together in Milan during Fashion Week, months after previous sightings in Italy and Paris sparked speculation about their relationship. Neither has publicly confirmed they are dating.

The timing is notable because Westhoff previously accused the Nigerian goalkeeper of being absent from their young son’s life. In July, she alleged Okoye rarely saw their child and failed to visit during several hospitalizations. Okoye has not publicly responded to those allegations.
