Phaedra Parks’ Husband Apollo Nida Secretly Arrested For Alleged Fraud, Identify Theft
Apollo Nida, husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks has got into a bit of trouble with the law. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, he was arrested and charged with bank fraud and identity in Atlanta on Thursday. Reportedly, he appeared in U.S. District Court and U.S. District Judge Gerrilyn G. Brill released him on a pretrial bond. Neither Phaedra or Apollo have confirmed or denied his most recent legal trouble, but both have continued to use Twitter to promote their businesses outside of the popular BRAVO show.
This isn’t Apollo’s first encounter with the law. Apollo is a convicted non-violent offender. Reportedly, he served almost 5 months from in 1999 for theft by receiving stolen goods in March 1997. According to public records, he was convicted for racketeering and began serving his sentence in 2004.
According to reports, he served nearly 5 years of his 18-year sentence before being paroled on May 27, 2009. Apollo and Phaedra met in 1995. They later married in 2009 and have two sons, Ayden and Dylan. Story developing!

I hope this isn’t true…I really like them as a couple. One thing though when you have been in trouble for this in the past the Feds really keep they eye on you so I would hope that Apollo was not the stupid to do anything like this again and violate his parole. I would think they would be doing ok financially and wouldn’t have to commit anymore crimes. Wow
