[EXCLUSIVE] Singer Tamar Braxton Sued Over Music Theft
Tamar Braxton – singer and star of the hit reality show “Tamar & Vince” is being sued by a woman named Emmi Kozulin, who is accusing her of stealing music for her album “Love and War”.
Kozulin is a independent singer/songwriter living in Florida. She claims in her lawsuit that she wrote a song titled “One on One Fun” with songwriter Angela Hunte. The deal was they would both get credit for the song.
She says she wrote with Hunte and then recorded the song they wrote on her own. The two never made an agreement or signed any paperwork regarding who owns the song.
