Ray Rice Allegedly Blames Hard Liquor For Incident + Teyana Taylor Denies Being Involved With NFL’er
Additional allegations and rumored details about the Ray Rice controversy continues. Speculation has began, as to what triggered the fight between the NFL’erĀ and his wife Janay Palmer on an Atlantic City Casino elevator, resulting in him punching her and knocking her unconscious.
According to TMZ, Ray had allegedly been drinking hard liquor, which has the tendency to turn him into someone that he isn’t. The site reports:
Rice told the Baltimore Ravens he and Janay Palmer had been drinking HEAVILY before the altercation. Rice is telling friends he becomes a different person when he boozes it up … so he’s changed his life. But he hasn’t changed that much, because we’re told he still drinks wine … just not hard liquor.
Reportedly, since the incident, the couple have sought out religion and have become born again Christians (they were both baptized in March). Allegedly, they were also being mentored by religious couples, including NFL players and their wives.
There also has been some speculation that Ray had an inappropriate relationship with singer Teyana Taylor,
