(EXCLUSIVE) Birdman Saves Miami Condo From Foreclosure
Birdman (real name Bryan Williams) can breathe a little easier, having saved his Miami condo from being sold off at a foreclosure auction due to him coughing up over $13k in unpaid bills on the home, theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
On November 18th, The Ivy Condo Association reportedly filed a lien against the Cash Money co-founder, claiming he had failed to pay the fees associated with the Miami pad. They say he refused to pay 15 months of maintenance fees for a total of $9k+, along with paying fees late for six months. They also claim that Birdman reportedly provided them a check that had insufficient funds.
The grand total on the lien — including their legal fees — was $12,447.28.
The condo association grew tired of waiting for Birdman to pay the money owed and went to court on December 22nd and filed a foreclosure lawsuit against him. The lawsuit demanded the court give them permission to kick Birdman out of the condo and sell it off at a foreclosure auction in Miami.
