Kanye West has settled a $150K lawsuit with a Italian photographer who accused the rapper of stealing his artwork without permission, with a confidential agreement being signed this week to dismiss the battle — theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
West was sued in early 2013 by famed Italian photographer Fabio Massimo Gammacurta. The man claimed Kanye used his photo titled, “Lolli-Pop” on the cover of his mixtape “F.M. The artist sued for $150K explaining Kanye never received permission to use his work and he infringed on his copyright.
