(EXCLUSIVE) Steve Harvey Denies Stealing Music for Talk Show, Demands Lawsuit Dismissed
Steve Harvey is firing back at allegations he illegally used over 260 songs for his talk show and is demanding the $43 million dollar lawsuit be thrown out of court– theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
As previously reported, a music publishing company, We 3 Kings, filed a federal lawsuit against Steve Harvey and the production companies behind his daytime talk show last year, accusing the talk show host of using a total of 268 unlicensed songs during season 2 of his show.
We 3 Kings reportedly explained they never agreed to let Harvey or his show use their music catalog and Harvey illegally and without authorization choose to play the songs they own.
The music company filed a federal lawsuit demanding $43 million in damages plus more for each
