(EXCLUSIVE) Lil Wayne Blows Off Lawsuit Over “Carter IV” Royalties, Producer Demands 100k Judgement
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Lil Wayne has disregarded legal battle with a music producer who worked on “Carter IV” and now the man has headed back to court to demand the rapper be slapped with a $100K judgement for not paying royalties.
A music company named The Soundkillers filed a federal lawsuit against Young Money Entertainment & Cash Money Records last year.
The company explained they furnished the services of music producer “REO” aka Ramon Owen. Back on August 26th 2011, they entered into a deal with YM & CM for producer “REO” to work with them. The producer provided Lil Wayne with the song “Mirror” which he used on his album, “Carter IV.”
