(EXCLUSIVE) Mobb Deep’s Havoc Slapped With Foreclosure Over New York Home
Mobb Deep rapper Havoc may soon be homeless, having been slapped with a lawsuit to foreclose on his New York home due to him defaulting on his payments and reportedly owing over $55k to the bank — theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
Havoc (real name Kejuan Muchita) was reportedly sued by Wells Fargo for foreclosure in NY Court. The lawsuit claims that Havoc took out a loan for $607,200 back in 2006 to purchase his New Rochelle, NY townhouse.
The bank claims that Havoc has failed to make the required payments on the home.
Wells Fargo attached letters they sent to Havoc in September 2012, informing him he was 317 days in default and he could save his home by making a lump sum payment of $55,956.97.
