(EXCLUSIVE) Mobb Deep’s Havoc Slapped With Foreclosure Over New York Home
Havoc in turn, demanded the court dismiss the lawsuit — denying he had defaulted on his home and that Wells Fargo had failed to give proper notice to him to comply with provisions of the note and mortgage.
Then recently, the judge ordered Havoc and the bank to go to settlement talks to try and work out a deal — but if they don’t the court could order that the bank be allowed to start the foreclosure process and also evict Havoc out of his home.
However, the settlement discussions didn’t help with both parties refusing to come to an agreement in the matter. The case is scheduled to go to trial later this year and it could end with Havoc losing his home and being sold off at a foreclosure auction. See the exclusive court docs.
