Music Mogul Birdman Baby Takes Out 12 Mill Loan on Miami Estate-the jasmine brand

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Young Money CEO Birdman has been accused of screwing over everyone from the IRS to Lil Wayne out of money and that makes it even more interesting that the rapper/producer recently took out a 12 million dollar loan on his Miami mega-mansion.

According to docs filed in Florida Court on March 16th, Birdman (real name Bryan Williams) signed a mortgage agreement with Chemtov Mortgage Group to take out a 12 million dollar loan.

The agreement states the company will loan Birdman the 12 mill and if he defaults they will foreclosure on his Florida mansion. The deal states that Birdman could not have any
