(EXCLUSIVE) Singer Jeremih Hit With Federal Lawsuit By Model Over ‘Don’t Tell ‘Em’
Singer Jeremih (real name Jeremih Felton) has been slapped with a federal lawsuit by the model featured on his “Don’t Tell Em” album cover. The woman claims she never gave permission for her image to be used to promote his music — theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
This week, photographer Alexander Flemming and model Louise Rams slapped the singer along with Def Jam and Universal Music with a federal lawsuit.
The photographer explains that he owns and copyrighted a photograph of the model Louise Rams, featuring her with her blonde hair in front of her face and her holding up her finger to her mouth. See the photo, posted on Jeremih’s Instagram, below.
Flemming says that Jeremih stole his work and used it for the cover of his hit song along with various other marketing and advertising materials, including his social media accounts.
