(EXCLUSIVE) Rick Ross: ‘I Didn’t Steal Jay Z Photo for Our Music Video’, Blasts Photographer’s Lawsuit
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Rick Ross is blasting the photographer suing him over the use of an iconic Jay Z photo featured in his music video, claiming the man is lying about losing money and is demanding his entire lawsuit be thrown out of court.
A photographer named Armen Djerrahian filed a federal lawsuit against Rick Ross and Maybach Music last year. The man explained he took a iconic photo of Jay-Z back in 2003. The photo shows the rapper throwing up his famous roc sign with his hands, which represented Roc-A-Fella Records at the time. The photographer explained he had the photo copyrighted shortly after the shoot.
