(EXCLUSIVE) Ex NBA Star Alonzo Mourning Sues Company Over Endorsement Deal
Ex NBA star Alonzo Mourning has headed to court over a $670k business deal gone bad, signing on to be the face of vending machines — but accusing the company of screwing him out of $$$ they promised to pay.
Mourning filed a breach of contract lawsuit against the company Gilly National in Miami Court on October 30th.
The ex-NBA star explains that he signed a deal with G.N. back in December 2014. However, he accuses them of breaching the contract and failing to comply with it’s reporting requirements and failing to pay him the amount due for his endorsement.
