Apollo Nida Has Cell Phone Smuggled In Jail [Thug Life]

Apollo Nida has found himself in trouble while behind bars. The 37-year-old reality star has been caught with a cell phone in prison, according to Radar Online.

As you may or may not know, cell phones are not allowed at the Fort Dix Correctional Institute. And last month, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star was caught using a phone to call family and friends.  A source tells the outlet,

The prison staff took Apollo’s violation very seriously. He was taken out of camp with the general population and placed in maximum security.

The source reveals that Apollo’s wife, Phaedra Parks, is not being questioned and had no involvement. The source also adds,

Apollo is not well-liked among the other prisoners because he thinks he’s still a famous reality star. He wanted special treatment, and had a hard time adjusting to prison life.

As previously reported, Apollo is incarcerated for 18 months. Phaedra has yet to comment.
