Woman Suing Usher Over Alleged Herpes, Hires Ex Wife’s Lawyer

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, the woman who is suing Usher for $20 million, accusing him of exposing her to Herpes, has hired an interesting lawyer to represent her case. She has sought out the singer’s ex wife’s attorney, who represented Tameka Foster, in the legal custody battle over their children.

Earlier this month, the woman – under the name Jane Doe – filed a lawsuit suing Usher and accusing him of causing her emotional harm and medical bills for exposing her to herpes.

She claimed to have hooked up with Usher back in April, when they had intercourse with a condom. However, she claims that 12 days later they were intimate in New Orleans and did not use a condom.

The woman said she heard the media reports about Usher paying another woman over allegedly giving her Herpes. She immediately got tested and it came back positive for Herpes.
She filed suit seeking $20 million in damages for negligence, battery and emotional distress.

According to court records, Jane Doe hired Georgia-based attorney, Lisa West. West famously represented Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond in the 2012 custody battle, which ended with Usher being awarded custody of their two sons following a drawn out legal battle between the exes. It appears Tameka’s lawyer is ready to take on Usher once again in a court room battle.
