Loni Love Mistaken For Patti LaBelle By Food Network

Comedian and host, Loni Love was mistaken for Patti Labelle by The Food Network. On Thursday, the network posted content to Twitter in efforts to help with promotion of their show, Beat Bobby Flay, but used a picture of Patti Labelle rather than Loni Love. The tweet read,

Think @LoniLove and @chefanneburrell can find a chef to #BeatBobbyFlay?! Anything can happen tonight! Don’t miss it @ 10|9c!

Attached to the tweet was a photo, and the image was of Chef Anne Burrell and Patti Labelle. Loni responded to the apparent mistake with jokes. She wrote,

Lordy @FoodNetwork that is @MsPattiPatti .. she 75 lbs lighter then me but we do wear similar wigs…

The network has not taken the tweet down or acknowledged they made the blunder. Loni also took to Instagram with a screenshot of her response, captioning,

Hey @FoodNetwork, if only you knew Ingot a attitude new of my own…#PattiSings #AllBlacksLooksAlike

None of her co-host(s) have responded to the error.
