Court docs were filed in Williams’ case noting that he had to be represented by a public defender. In order to get a public defender, Williams had to sign a criminal indigent status.
He explains he has four dependents and only takes home $200 a week in income.
Williams claims he had no money or bank accounts with cash.
The docs signed last month showed he was seeking a public defender and the court granted it.
