Chinx’s Alleged Killer In Talks Of A Plea Deal
Jamar Hill, one of the men accused of fatally shooting rapper Lionel “Chinx” Pickens in 2015, is considering a plea bargain. Queens, NY prosecutor Brian Hughes did not go into full detail but he did provide a brief update. “We are still working toward disposition,” he said in court on Monday.
Hill and accomplice Quincy Homere are accused of shooting Chinx 15 times in a drive-by shooting following an appearance Chinx had at a nightclub in Brooklyn. Chinx’s Porsche Panamera 4 was shot up near Main Street and Queens Boulevard around 4 a.m. His passenger, Antar Alziadi, was shot twice in the back. He survived.
Hill and Homere were arrested in December and face up 25 years to life in prison.
