Future Allegedly Banned Plus-Sized Women From His Club Appearances [VIDEO]
Now this is march madness. Rapper Future is under fire on social media for allegedly having Miami club promoters enforce one strict rule for his appearances: no plus sized-women allowed. This completely exiles a portion of his audience, considering people of all sizes enjoy his trap music. However, a would-be club-goer took to her Twitter/Instagram Story to explain that she would no longer be supporting Future because of this. @NAO_SEYCH told her followers how they found out they would not be allowed entry into Miami’s Story Nightclub. She confirmed another Twitter user’s discrimination allegations:
“THIS IS TRUE FUTURE AND STORY CLUB IN MIAMI ARE DENYING BIG GIRLS AT THE ENTRANCE!! STOP SUPPORTING THEIR FAT PHOBIC A**ES. POSTING THE STORY TOMORROW.”

She said this in her video:
“So, just got news that this is true: that Future said ‘no fatties in the club.’ And he has all the rights to do so. In Miami, this club – just a regular club – and I’m just really trying to understand why this is, like, a thing. Why is he allowed to put those rules in place? The discrimination is insane to me.”
The friend who informed her of Future’s alleged discriminatory request told her version of the story. She said:
“So the promoter said that Future requests no big girls allowed in Club Story. And it’s on South Beach, you know – it’s common. But, it’s no plus sizes every time he comes.”
Should artists be allowed to curate their audience when booked for appearances? Let us know in the comments.
