Don Lemon Engaged To Real Estate Boyfriend!

Don Lemon is off the market! Over the weekend, the 53-year-old CNN host and his 35-year-old real estate boyfriend Tim Malone got engaged! Tim popped the question, putting dog tags on the couple’s poodle mixes that said

Daddy will you marry papa?

Tim proposed after the two celebrated his 35th birthday. Don recently opened up about being in an interracial relationship, stating:

“The experiences are different, and we do have disagreements about it, and we do have discussions about it, but when you’re in love with someone it’s never easy. But, if you’re truly committed to someone who is a good person, then you wanna work those things out. I don’t expect him to know what it is to be a black man. You can’t expect me to know what it’s like to be a woman, but I can empathize with you. I can take your word for the experiences that you have and go along with you for the journey. And sometimes, I just have to say [to him] ‘you don’t understand, take my word for it.’”
