OJ Simpson No Longer Wants To Discuss Death of Ex Wife Nicole Brown: My Family & I Have Moved On
One acquitted murder case, nine years in prison former NFL Hall of Famer OJ Simpson is keeping a low profile, and living like a semi-regular 71-year-old in Las Vegas. He recently opened up about life 25 years after his acquittal from the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend Ron Goldman.

OJ says that his life has entered a “no negative zone,” and despite a British movie being made – he no longer feels the need to discuss Nicole’s June 1994 murder. He said:
“We don’t need to go back and relive the worst day of our lives. The subject of the moment is the subject I will never revisit again. My family and I have moved on to what we call the ‘no negative zone.’ We focus on the positives.”
After serving almost a decade in prison on robbery and kidnapping charges, OJ continues to live in Las Vegas.
“The town has been good to me. Everybody I meet seems to be apologizing for what happened to me here.”
He gave a vague answer when asked whether or not he believes his conviction was fair:
“I believe in the legal system and I honored it. I served my time.”
He comments on how he spends his time after once being a multi-millionaire. He said:
“I’ve been to Florida two or three times to see the kids and my old buddies in Miami. I even managed to play a game of golf with them. But I live in a town I’ve learned to love. Life is fine.”
However, the friends and family of the late Nicole and Ron keep their alive. Ron’s sister, Kim Goldman, is launching a 10-week podcast called “Confronting: O.J. Simpson,” in which she will interview detectives, attorneys, and even jurors from the case – continuing to allege that OJ is guilty of the murders. Kim said:
“Closure isn’t a word that resonates with me. I don’t think it’s applicable when it comes to tragedy and trauma and loss of life. I don’t suffocate in my grief. But every milestone that my kid hits, every milestone that I hit, you know, those are just reminders of what I’m not able to share with my brother and what he is missing out on.”
