NFL’er LeSean McCoy & Ex Delicia Cordon Reach Settlement Amid Accusations He Allegedly Orchestrated Burglary & Attack Against Her

LeSean McCoy of the Kansas City Chiefs has reportedly come to a settlement agreement with his ex-girlfriend and fashion designer Delicia Cordon after she sued him for planning an assault and robbery against her in 2018. It’s not clear what the settlement was, but according to BOSSIP it was a financial one.

Delicia Cordon also won’t be able to sue LeSean McCoy again for the incident as the case was dismissed with prejudice.

It was previously reported that Delicia Cordon called out LeSean McCoy for organizing a burglary that also included an assault against Cordon in her Atlanta home last July. Cordon claimed that someone came into her home when she was asleep and pistol-whipped her. She also alleged that the person took lots of jewelry from her house. While they have yet to be arrested, Cordon said she was convinced McCoy was behind it.

Her friends also called him out on social media.

She said in court documents that at the time of the attack, McCoy wanted Cordon out of her home, and had previously demanded that he give back the jewelry he bought for her during their happier days. McCoy has maintained his innocence.

She also said during a news conference in September,

“The LeSean McCoy that I know behind closed doors is different than the LeSean McCoy in front of the cameras. This attack was about the jewelry that LeSean expressed he wanted back from me weeks before the attack.”

“Every day I live my life in fear, not knowing if I’m walking past the man who savagely attacked me. It is unfair that I have to be afraid to do normal things like grocery shop. I have panic attacks. I can’t sleep at night, I can’t. I don’t feel comfort protecting my children. I have my daughter sleep in the bed with me every night. LeSean said that he was going to deal with all of this after his season. I don’t have that option. I have to deal with this every day.

“He’s not helping. He’s not giving up any information with the security cameras that we have asked. He simply is – I don’t know. I don’t know what he’s doing. I am afraid for my children. I am afraid that the intruder will attempt to take the remaining items that were demanded, but did not collect.”
