Kodak Black Continues To Reflect From Jail “Oftentimes We Are Too Scared To Speak Up”
Rapper Kodak Black (real name Bill K. Kapri), 22, shared an update on his well-being following his claims that his life was in danger while in the custody of Miami correctional officers. Nearly three weeks ago, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper shared shocking details of mental and physical abuse suffered during his prison stint. Fast forward to Monday (Feb. 3rd), Kodak continues to reflect from jail writing:
“I Was Just Getting Started. [I Got] Ya More To Say But I Guess To Mute Me They Got Me From Round That Shit. SMH.”
Kodak adds more of what he’s learned so far being behind bars,
“It Is Never The Pain Which Hurts The Most. It’s The Mental Agony Caused By The Injustice and The Unreasonableness Of It All”
He then continues in a separate tweet alluding to being told to keep quiet about his issues with the prison system.
As previously reported, Kodak was active last via Instagram in mid January were he blasted two correctional officers who he alleges abused their authority and took away his phone privileges.
“Lieutenant F. Arroyo has been very vindictive towards me and I have a strong feeling it has something to do with me being set up, laced, bruised and brutally beaten two weeks before my court date.”
He continues,
“There is a big conspiracy going on in this building. Me. Santiago Torres is using her position wrongfully in Miami FDC and is abusing her authority. She has been writing falsified incident reports on me, to take phone privileges that I get once a week while in solitary.”
Kodak Black claims Torres threatened to take his girlfriend off his visitation list.
“One morning, she pulled me out my cell to tell me she is going to “Take my pretty little girlfriend off my visitation list’. For no other reason but to add insult to my distress. Not being able to see my significant other while locked away in this hell hole.”
Kodak ends his prison confessional alleging the system is trying to slowly kill him.
“They are strategically killing me slowly in here. I have been humiliated over and over again. I am highly disappointed in the way they have treated not only me, but all the other inmates in this facility. With their self serving agenda they will always side with their fellow officers whether right or wrong.”
In most recent news, the mother of incarcerated rapper Kodak fears for her son’s life, and she said she’s willing to take her own life if something happens to him behind bars.
Marcelene Simmons hired Benjamin Crump, the lawyer who represented Trayvon Martin‘s family, to sue her son’s prison facility. In fact, Benjamin Crump said during a press conference that right before their scheduled welfare check on Kodak, he was immediately moved to Kentucky.
“We know something happened in that prison. Literally, only hours before we meet with him, they put him on a bus to Kentucky. We believe they intentionally moved him, so he couldn’t meet with his attorneys. She wants to make sure that while he’s in their custody, that he doesn’t end up dead, so she is very concerned as well as all of her family that these allegations are to be taken seriously.”
