Reality star Jennifer Williams‘ detailed account of having her car stolen by a former beau may be a shocking and sad tale – but former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield says she wants to be left out of the ordeal. Last week, Jennifer Williams revealed to Instagram followers that she trusted her Range Rover in the care of a man named Aaron Nichols (aliases include Nick, Daniel, and Chris) while she went out of town, and hasn’t seen he vehicle since. Since reporting her SUV stolen,  she discovered that he’s reportedly pulled the same stunt on countless other victims.

In an interview with Sheree Whitfield’s former RHOA castmate, Nene Leakes, Jennifer shared that he was well-acquainted with the Georgia peach. Nene Leakes alluded that Sheree Whitfield being friends with a con artist wasn’t far-fetched:

“Jennifer Williams: …I did go to a party with him at a party at Sheree’s [Whitfield] house. He’s cool with Sheree.

NeNe Leakes: Hmm. That’s interesting. How she met him?

Jennifer: I don’t know! But they’re cool!

NeNe: So he’s a con artist that Sheree knows?

Jennifer: She definitely knows him…”

But Sheree Whitfield didn’t appreciate being name-dropped. She posted this message on IG:

I typically dont indulge but… whats good @neneleakes and @jenniferwilliams”

Sheree then responded to followers who encouraged her to steer clear of the drama. She said:

“the second video is hella shady and implying something negatively with me. Not a good look and I dont appreciate it!…when ur integrity and character is in question sometimes u have to [indulge]”
