XXXTentacion’s Mother Sued, Allegedly Tried To Cut His Brother Out Of A Trust Fund
Two years after XXXTentacion’s shooting death, the rapper’s family is battling in court over how his money was to be distributed. In a lawsuit, XXXTentacion’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, is being accused of cutting his half-brother – Corey Pack – out of a trust fund worth millions of dollars. Corey’s mother, Jodi Kavney, insists X specifically set money aside for his brother and that his share is, instead, going to his son – who was born shortly after his death.

Jodi Kavney is suing Cleopatra on her son’s behalf, according to documents obtained by TMZ. The lawsuit reads that XXXTentacion left Corey Pack as one of three beneficiaries. Half of his assets were to go to Cleopatra, 25% to Corey, and 25% to the rapper’s other brother, Aiden Kerr. But an alleged deal was cut with X’s baby mama, Geneva Ayala, in which Cleopatra allegedly transferred those funds to herself.
TMZ reports that Natasha Shaikh – Jodi’s lawyer – demanded the $11 million via letter, but heard no response.
Cleopatra Bernard has yet to publicly address the lawsuit.
