Chad Johnson: I’m Giving Out Stimulus Checks Since Trump Wants To Keep Playing Games
Former NFL wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is providing his own stimulus checks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Chad Johnson tweeted out to his 3.3 million Twitter followers Tuesday (June 23) stating,
“I’m giving out stimulus checks July 1st if you have cash app since Trump want to keep playing games”

Chad also expressed his frustration over stimulus check money.
In the following tweet, Chad Johnson referenced the initial $1,200 stimulus checks that many Americans received in April. The U.S Senate previously passed a $2 trillion spending package that provided individuals with the $1,200 payments. It was meant to help offset the economy as many Americans lost their jobs because of social distancing. Chad Johnson points out that it’s been three months since the first round of checks were distributed.
“How the f**k are people supposed to stretch $1200 for 3 months?”

This is not the first time Chad has been generous with his money. Back in February, the former NFL star paid rent for a woman who was facing eviction.

Last month, Chad also left a very generous tip for a waitress at Havana’s Cuban Cuisine restaurant in Miami. The 42-year-old father of four tipped his waitress $1,000. Underneath his signature, Chad wrote:
Congratulations on re-opening, sorry about the pandemic…hope this helps. I Love You.
Chad also shared his heartfelt gesture on Twitter. He tweeted the receipt and added the caption:
“Proverbs 11:25”
