Buckingham Palace Reportedly Looking To Hire A ‘Diversity Czar’ Amid Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Allegations
Buckingham Palace is said to be taking Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s claims about the royal family very seriously.
As previously reported, Meghan Markle told Oprah Winfrey during a 90-minute interview that she experienced racism while living with the royals. Prince Harry later joined the sit-down and confirmed her claims that there was “concern” and “conversation” about how dark their son Archie’s skin tone would be.
He said he didn’t want to share specifics and added,
“That conversation, I’m never going to share. But at the time, it was awkward. I was a bit shocked. That was right at the beginning… ‘What will the kids look like?'”

Buckingham Palace is now reportedly looking to hire a “diversity czar.”
An insider said, according to Entertainment Tonight, that the palace will have a “listed and learn” approach on how to better representation and inclusion.
They added,
“It is something that has to be considered, but it is too early for any firm plans to be announced. We are listening and learning, to get this right.”
The palace previously released a statement on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s claims.
“The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan, and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”
Prince Harry also denied being racist.
