Juice WRLD’s Photographer Alleges Rapper Died From Drug Addiction, Not Swallowing Pills To Hide Them From Cops
Juice WRLD‘s former photographer is adding new speculation to the artist’s untimely death.
Juice WRLD (real name Jarad Higgins) passed away at Chicago Midway International Airport on December 8th, 2019. He died as a result of a seizure, and it was speculated that the “All Girls Are The Same” singer suffered the seizure as a result of overdosing on pills he was trying to hide from the police. This speculation was fueled by reports of Juice WRLD taking Percocet pills on the plane and having knowledge that the FBI was preparing to search the aircraft. Juice WRLD had also reportedly been stopped by Customs Agents on a different flight about a month before his passing, further adding to the narrative.
However, Juice WRLD‘s former photographer Chris Long has recently come out with a different version of events. Chris Long, who was onboard Juice WRLD’s final flight and even allegedly caught a weapon’s charge for him, took to Twitter to set the record straight.
In his series of tweets, Chris Long makes various claims, including “[Juice WRLD] did not swallow a bunch of pills because the police [were] at the airport” and “[Juice WRLD] was just hooked bad.” After claiming that Juice WRLD was considering rehab, Chris Long goes on to state:
“[N]o one knew how much he really took because he was hiding it.”

Shortly after these tweets, Chris Long goes on to express how much he misses the dearly departed rapper.
These allegations add an additional layer to the narrative surrounding Juice WRLD‘s death, as it suggests that the star’s struggles with drugs were more intense than the public previously thought. Neither Juice WRLD‘s representatives nor family have commented on Chris Long‘s allegations.
